this is so ridiculous... hahahahaha.
there are currently three people in this world right now who are doing the most ridiculous things i have ever seen in my life, and it is making me laugh non-stop day and night.
i'm not going to name names, but i'm going to describe these three people in depth but not in detail, and if you feel that one of these people sounds like yourself, then it's probably you!
hahahahahahahahahaha.
person number 1 is a volunteer. no.1 volunteered to help to accomplish a certain goal, but when no.1 found out that he had differences with some of the staff and department heads, he left the company and cut off all contact with all the other volunteers, then wrote in the newspapers about his differences with the company and accused the company of misappropriating funds, when in the first place he was never even forced to contribute a single cent to the company's well-being.
here comes the strange part. soon after, no.1 retracted his statement and rejoined the company after some persuasion by one of the project heads, yet, no.1 still refuses to speak with the department heads. so what is no.1 trying to prove?
my conclusion is that no.1 is simply unprofessional in his work ethics and does not have a clear idea of what he wants to accomplish in life, because he is causing all these problems due to his own personal vendetta against some of the people high up in the company.
he is only doing this kind of things because he isn't being paid for his skills.
but wait.. skills? what skills?
i forgot to mention that this target is not related to no.1's profession.
person number 2 is probably the most ridiculous out of the three. apparently no.2 has never been educated of the dangers of the internet, and believes he can establish a long-term partnership with a foreign company without holding a formal meeting between both parties. or at least between no.2 and the foreign delegate. yes, no.2 wants to put pen to paper on a deal where the outcome has only about 1% chance of success.
apparently no.2's company is not very happy about the deal as they believe firmly in the need to review carefully the various options they can take, so that both companies will benefit from this partnership. but no.2 is still adamant about signing the contract even though third-party analysts have predicted an economical disaster if the deal should ever happen.
no.2's company is also unhappy that the foreign company chosen by no.2 is the least desirable company one could ever choose.
today, with stock exchange reports that the US dollar is equivalent to 1.3 Singapore dollars, the US market is not a very good place to invest in, especially for a greenhorn like no.2. with costs rising above earnings, and financial returns unlikely to be higher than if no.2 invested in a local company, no.2's company indeed has a cause for concern against this investment.
no.2 has also made his company unhappy about his decision to join the foreign company, especially one that is not flourishing in the market and one that involves a lot of spending on their own end. if no.2 joins the foreign company, then the local company would have one less employee and they would be very short-handed.
no.2 is also very upset over the analysts' words. even though he knows they are probably true and the deal will never come through, he still chooses to believe because of the little values from cartoons that he is taking too seriously in his life.
then no.2 attempted to mimic a deal between two local companies, in a bid to prolong the time-frame of his dying deal. when one of the local companies reacted aversely to the plagarism, no.2 enlisted the help of a corporate saboteur to help him to battle the local company, insisting that his idea was 100% original and that there was no corporate espionage involved.
sounds funny to you? i think no.2 is simply desperate to make a name for himself.
person number 3 is yet another volunteer. but volunteering for this job here allows you to play with children. no.3 volunteered for this job and knew what exactly the job required him/her to do, but guess what, no.3 screws up and then makes so much noise about it!
the best thing is before you are allowed to take up this job you would have to go for a little bit of training and familiarisation, and yet no.3 has gone through all that and is still not able to do his/her job properly.
now here's the part which pisses me off the most. no.3 attempted something and went over the line, and when i informed no.3 directly about my dislike over these activities, no.3 starts to get angry with me!
isn't that ridiculous? it's just like, you punch somebody and that person punches you back, then you sue the person for punching you, when in the first place, it is you who started the problem in the first place.
so no.3, stop being such a childish n00b and wake up! this world isn't all pretty pink like you want it to be. not young anymore and still so naive! what the f***!
why are there so many problems with volunteers nowadays?
there's a person number 4 actually, but as long as no.4 doesn't flutter any unnecessary feathers, i'm fine with it. |
